Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the implementation of a site specific QMS.
• Generate PMT operational procedures for the project and provide feedback to the PMT on lessons learned.
• Provide continuous assurance oversight at the construction Work Site(s) to verify the work is compliant with the requirements.
• Develop and maintain Project Procedures to support the PQP.
• Shall have a working knowledge of fabrication techniques, applicable codes and standards, QA/QC requirements, word processing skills, experience in document control, records management and filing systems is required.
• The Person holding this position must have the ability to work long hours, weekends and meet strict time constraints as required.
• Shall implement and administer non-conformance, control, preventative and corrective actions, and continuously improve the QMS and monitor fabrication through the Construction Superintendent and Inspectors.
• As needed, this position will establish Quality matrices for critical activities, monitor trends and provide recommendations for improvement and follow up on complex technical information.
• Must be able to scale QA/QC documentation requirements to appropriate size for project. Some experience with large databases is appropriate, however smaller projects can be tracked with basic Microsoft products.
• Develop and implement QA/QC systems for Platform Quality Management during Execution Phase
• Assist with development of the project Platform ITT documents including authoring/reviewing critical documents including scope of Work, specifications etc relating to QA and QC requirements
• Review design and provide input to the Engineered Equipment RFQ evaluation and award recommendations.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are met by B&E employees.
• Provide recommendations to B&E Management Team to enhance the fabrication and project site safety.

Experience:

• AWS CWI, CSWIP SWI or approved equivalent certifications.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience directly related to field supervision of construction activities in the contracts scope of work e.g. oil, gas and/or petrochemical projects
• Able to read, interpret and communicate (both written and verbally) in English.

Job Description:

Immediate opening for an experienced industrial estimator with a full service Industrial General Contractor, with a long tradition of excellence. This position will be based in our Houston office which will serve the heavy industrial markets in both Houston and Beaumont/Port Arthur.

Experience:

The successful Industrial Estimator will have:

• Scheduling or planning experience a plus
• 6 – 10 years industrial estimating experience
• Industrial construction and fabrication experience strongly preferred.

Experience:

The successful Outside Sales Rep will have:

•  7-10 years of experience in industrial sales.
•  Fabrication and project sales experience a real plus.
•  College degree preferred, but not required.
•  Must bring a strong book of contacts in industrial, petrochemical, power and refinery industries.
•  Must be computer literate.
